1. Digital Products
Eve Blossom Embroidery sells digital machine embroidery design files. No physical products will be shipped.
After completing your purchase, you will receive access to download your digital embroidery files.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Digital items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled after purchase once the files have been delivered.
If you experience any problems with your order or download, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
2. File Formats and Compatibility
Before purchasing, please make sure your embroidery machine supports the file formats provided.
Available formats may include:
DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VP3, XXX, CND
You are responsible for selecting the correct format for your embroidery machine.
3. Payment and Delivery
Payments are processed securely through Paysera and other available third-party payment providers.
Prices are displayed in the currency available at checkout. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price for the selected digital product. Payment is charged at the time the order is placed.
Once payment has been successfully completed, your purchased digital files will be available for immediate download. All products are digital downloads; no physical products are shipped.
4. Design Usage License
By purchasing an embroidery design from Eve Blossom Embroidery, you receive a license to use the design for creating finished embroidered items.
You may:
- Use the designs for personal projects
- Create finished products for gifts
- Sell finished physical items made using our designs
You may not:
- Resell, share, distribute, or upload the digital embroidery files
- Claim the designs as your own
- Include the digital files in any embroidery design collection, bundle, or membership
The purchased files remain the intellectual property of Eve Blossom Embroidery.
5. Digital File Quality
All designs are professionally digitized and tested to provide high-quality embroidery results. However, embroidery results may vary depending on:
- Embroidery machine settings
- Fabric type
- Stabilizer used
- Thread selection
- Hooping technique
We recommend using appropriate stabilizers and testing designs before stitching on final materials.
6. Refunds and Returns
All products sold by Eve Blossom Embroidery are digital products delivered electronically. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, once access to the digital files or download begins, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Due to the nature of digital products, once the files have been delivered or made available for download, purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property
All embroidery designs, images, graphics, and website content created by Eve Blossom Embroidery are protected by copyright.
Purchasing a design does not transfer ownership or copyright of the design.

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or activities that may harm the website, its content, or other users.
